I scripted, storyboarded, illustrated and animated a full product explainer video for GroundControl Pro, a backend application designed to streamline property development management and enable buyers to purchase directly 'off the plan'.

The video was created to clearly communicate a complex, feature-rich platform in a simple and engaging way. Through a combination of clean illustration, structured narrative and concise motion design, the piece guides viewers through the experience, highlighting how GroundControl Pro connects the entire process into a single, intuitive system.

The final animation helps GroundControl Pro communicate its value quickly and effectively to developers, agents and buyers alike.
