3D Ident for Residential Property

The Icon is an apartment development in the heart of Melbourne's St Kilda. 

The brief was to create a teaser video which exudes sophistication and class, showcasing the lifestyle opportunities in the area. The video below is a snippit of the titles created for the piece.

A strong typographic approach was chosen to establish the brandmark throughout the film, using intimate crops and soft, directional lighting that echoed the tonal qualities of the building’s façade.

Custom glass-shard transitions were also designed and animated to move seamlessly between interior and exterior architectural renders, reinforcing the premium aesthetic.

The teaser was deployed across the project’s registration-of-interest microsite and played on loop within the display suite, introducing prospective buyers to the development’s lifestyle narrative.
